As of April 18, we will now be allowing a very limited number of clients into our clinic for those whose pets have appointments with our veterinarians only. We will also continue to offer curbside appointments for those who prefer this option.

 

Scheduled appointments with our technicians, sample drop-offs, and food/medication pick-ups will remain as a curbside service.

 

We want to assure you that everyone who works at our clinic is doing all they can to keep our clients and staff safe. But please note that as the pandemic continues to evolve, our reopening strategy is subject to change.

 

Please read the following carefully:

 

● We will be allowing only one person to accompany your pet per appointment. Please ensure the person accompanying your pet is able to inform our staff of the pet’s specific health care needs. You will not be permitted to switch out with accompanying persons during the duration of your appointment.

● Please call us at 403-240-3577 from your car when you arrive at our clinic and wait until you have been invited into the clinic before entering the building.

● All persons entering the building are encouraged to wear a mask that fully covers the nose, mouth and chin at all times.

● Please remain seated at all times in our waiting room unless reception staff call you to the front desk.

 

Any verbal and/or physical abuse of our staff will not be tolerated and will result in refusal of service. Thank you for your cooperation!
